We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer with a valid counterbalance forklift licence to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, organised, and looking for a stable position with the potential to become permanent.
Day-to-day of the role:- Efficiently pick and pack items to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to move and stack goods safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Conduct inventory checks and update records in the warehouse management system.
- Load and unload deliveries from trucks or containers.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to optimise space and streamline processes.
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence.
- Proven experience as a warehouse operative, picker packer, or a similar role.
- Good physical fitness, able to lift and move heavy packages.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
