Sonic Summary

We are seeking an FCL Import Operator for a medium established freight forwarder with a salary of up to £35K based on experience.
The role requires either a 7pm-4pm or 8am-5pm schedule from Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include collating clearance documentation, tracking ETAs via shipping line websites, and handling FCL transport bookings.
Candidates should have FCL experience and preferably knowledge of Destin 8 / Compass, along with strong communication skills.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customs clearance is required for this position.

We are working with a medium established freight forwarder who are looking to recruit a FCL Import Operator.

Monday to Friday either 7pm-4pm or 8am-5pm.

Role involves:

Collating clearance documentation to present to inhouse clearance department.

Tracking ETAs via shipping line websites.

FCL Transport booking both Line & Merchants.

Aware of credit levels for accounts prior to delivery.

Dealing with Duty and VAT invoicing.

Offering Customers deliveries within free time upon quay.

Experience

Destin 8 /Compass Knowledge

Previous customs clearance advantage.

Good communicator by phone and email.

FCL experience.

Salary up to £35K depending on experience.
