Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Export Seafreight person for a excellent Freight Forwarder based in the Basildon area.
Duties:-
- Assist Team Leader and Manager.
- Understand and execute the departments vision of good business development in order to successfully move Seafreight products
- Complete all Import, Export and Cross Trade activities correctly and on time ensuring the Customs declaration forms are completed correctly
- Report any errors to the customs declaration manager
- Complete all customs entries
- Ensure all operational activities and invoices are completed
Skills:-
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Computer literacy
- Accurate, Honest & Punctual
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Familiar in handling freight operations in a freight forwarding environment
- Excellent Administrative skills
- Understanding of Export operations and HMRC processes
Working hours are Monday - Friday 0830 - 1730
