Sonic Summary

Staffing Match is seeking 7.5 tonne / HGV 2 drivers for a long-term, temp-to-perm position in Standford-le-Hope.
The role offers a pay rate between £14.50 and £17.81 per hour, with a permanent salary around £32,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
Candidates must possess a 7.5t licence, CPC, and Digi card, and have excellent customer service skills.
New drivers are welcome to apply, and no more than 6 penalty points are allowed on their driving record.
The position requires flexibility in working hours, with shifts starting at 07:00 am and the possibility of long days.

Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with our client based in Standford-le-Hope, who are looking for 7.5 tonne / HGV 2 drivers to join them on a long term / temp to perm basis.

Shifts and pay rates as a 7.5t driver:

Days 07.00am start until finish.
Rota 5 days on 3 days off rolling
£14.50 - £17.81 P/H
Permanent salary circa £32,000 + quarterly bonus + benefits + 30 days annual leave

Your responsibilities:

Duties include driving a 7.5t vehicle, working with an experienced driver's mate or driver.
2-man crew delivery of goods to customers' homes or flats.
Unloading goods and delivering to room of choice.
Completing paperwork.
Heavy lifting is involved.

About you:

Have a 7.5t licence or above, CPC and Digi card.
Have excellent customer service & communication skills.
Be able to work long days as required. We cannot specify what time you will finish.
You will need to have a DBS and drug and alcohol test before you start, we will arrange this.
No more than 6 penalty points or disqualifications, no DR, DD, TT's or IN10's.
