What you’ll do

Being a Compliance & Quality Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be:

  • Lead the Health & Safety management strategy towards the implementation of best practice to minimise any risk to the business
  • Ensure a H&S network is fully established with the Costa and TCCC H&S teams globally, ensuring best practice is shared and expertise is utilised
  • Create and implement the strategy to develop and improve Quality and Safety Management system to enable full compliance to regulatory requirements and certification standards (BRC Global Standards, Halal)
  • Design the strategy for auditing all relevant processes at the Costa Roastery and measure compliance KPIs
  • Lead the creation and continual improvement of a product quality management system to enable full on line compliance to product standard and certification standards requirements.

Who you are

  • Health & Safety qualifications
    • HACCP level 4
    • NEBOSH certificate
  • ISO accreditation
  • Technical knowledge (Site equipment and machinery)
  • Ability to Identify and articulate risks and opportunities and ensure these are driven to conclusion
  • Auditing – internal and external
