I am recruiting for a growing Basildon based company who are looking for a full-time Co-Ordinator who can juggle tasks appointments and schedule for Engineers Role Overview: As the Operations Co-Ordinator, you'll be scheduling and planning jobs You'll work with customers, suppliers, and field Engineers to make sure everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities:Scheduling: Plan nationwide jobs using Excel and specialised client software. Liaising with technicians, clients, and suppliers to ensure everyone has what they need to make things happen.Maintenance: Handle pre-planned maintenance , and step in to handle reactive tasks (aka "the job emergencies").Ordering: You’ll be in charge of making sure we have all the right equipment Previous experience as a coordinator or scheduler and a good geographical knowledge is required for this role
