The position is for an FCL Operator to join a small, busy, and personable team.
The annual salary ranges from £28,000 to £35,000, with working hours Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Key responsibilities include FCL transport booking, invoicing, and collating clearance documentation.
Candidates should have experience with Destin 8/Compass, good communication skills, and customs clearance ability would be an advantage.
The role offers 24 days of holiday, a pension, parking, and team events.

Duties:

FCL Transport booking both Line & Merchant
Duty & VAT invoicing
Collating clearance documentation to present to our inhouse clearance department
Tracking ETA's via shipping line websites

Experience required:

Destin 8 / Compass Knowledge
Good communicator by phone and email
Customs Clearance ability an advantage
Remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
