Sonic Summary

Freightserve recruitment is seeking a Freight Forwarding professional for a leading Freight Forwarder located in the Basildon area.
The role involves duties such as customer service, key account management, and maintaining standard operating procedures.
Candidates should have freight experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in freight operations and offers a competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year.
Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, and applicants are encouraged to apply promptly to avoid disappointment.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Freight Forwarding person for a excellent Freight Forwarder based in the Basildon area.

Duties:-

Working closely with al departments
Customer Services (Highest level)
Create new and maintaining current SOPs
Key Account management
Dealing with queries
CrossTrade
Quotations
Booking deliveries
Building relationships with customers
Invoicing and Administration

Skills:-

Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Freight experience
Computer literacy
Accurate, Honest & Punctual
Excellent communication skills
Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Familiar in handling freight operations in a freight forwarding environment
Excellent Administrative skills
Understanding of Export operations and HMRC processes

Working hours are Monday - Friday 0830 - 1730
