We are looking for a part-time HR Administrator to work 25 hours a week. The duration of this FTC is 18 months with a strong possibility of it becoming permanent.

About The Role:

You will be part of our friendly HR team, supporting employees and managers across the organisation. This role is ideal if you enjoy working in a structured and organised way, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely administrative support. Your attention to detail and collaborative approach will help us ensure our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, initially focusing on our Essex and Corporate teams before expanding to cover our UK-wide operations.
  • Maintain accurate data in our HR Information System, Payroll system, Rostering, and Benefits Platforms, ensuring all systems are kept up-to-date.
  • Generate and check reports for internal purposes and contribute to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, processing leavers, and updating personal and employment details.
  • Support managers and employees with guidance on using our HR systems, managing absence, and handling routine queries.

About you:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A strong customer care attitude-you'll often be the go-to person for queries and support.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • An eye for detail, ensuring that all data and correspondence are handled with care and accuracy.

Desirable, but not essential:

  • Experience working within a multi-site organisation.
  • Background in HR, Finance, or Payroll.
  • Experience with data analysis or secretarial skills.
