We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedM&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
The ideal M&E Quantity Surveyor will have strong expertise in Commercial Office Fit-Out, Infrastructure, and Refurbishment projects.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor and a relevant qualification such as ONC, HNC, BSc, or equivalent in Quantity Surveyingis essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial management of electrical contracts, ensuring accurate cost control and tracking.
- Preparation and management of monthly cost reports.
- Analysis of project budgets and estimating necessary changes to align with project requirements.
- Conducting valuations and submitting applications for payment to clients.
- Producing monthly valuations for ongoing projects.
- Preparing and presenting variation quotations for projects.
- Attending and contributing to client and site meetings.
