A growing construction company specialising in high-quality facilities management and maintenance projects is seeking a multi skilled operative with Mastic experience. We are seeking a skilled and experienced operative to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, ensuring that all mastic application tasks are completed to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Apply mastic sealant to various surfaces, including windows, ceilings, doors, and joints.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with safety regulations.
- Multi skilled with trades such as tiling, painting, plastering and carpentry.
- Inspect and prepare surfaces before applying mastic.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mastic application techniques and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Valid driver's license
- Able to travel to Essex and London
