Order Processor

Location: Full-time, On-sitePay: From £11.44 per hourExpected Hours: 40 per week

Job Overview:Join our team as an Order Processor, where you will play a crucial role in managing and processing customer orders. We are looking for a candidate ideally experienced in production software such as Window Designer or Logikal, and proficient in the Microsoft suite of packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize software such as Window Designer to process incoming orders accurately and correctly (assisted training will be provided).
  • Reconcile customer orders against input orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage customer expectations and handle queries effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in software input, preferably Window Designer.
  • Previous experience in order processing is advantageous.
  • Essential experience in office administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
