Location: Basildon, Hybrid working: Monday and Friday at home and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office in Basildon
Salary: £28K - £30K per annum, DOE + Benefits!
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 08:30am - 17:30pm

As our Sales Support Executive you will assume responsibility for:

  • Process Management for KAM Channel
  • Generate VP codes and van numbers to support the KAM Team.
  • Cross department collaboration to support KAMS
  • To support the Van (3), Truck (3) and Bus (1) Key account managers in their operational activity.
  • Support the KAM team on Deal Pack process
  • Logging Visit reports for all the KAM and Bus field team
  • Providing logistics updates and transport damage claims for KAM and Bus accounts
  • Supporting Sales team at events and marketing initiatives
  • To quickly gain a knowledge of all Iveco systems in particular SAP, EPL, STS, Concur, (New CRM)
  • Support KAM as the role evolves embracing changes and new tasks.

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications

  • Sales Experience a Bonus
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of working within a Customer Service environment
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service both over the telephone or face to face
  • PC literate and experience in using various computer-based systems
  • Great attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data
  • An excellent working knowledge of Excel
  • An excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint/Presentations
  • Able to organise and prioritise, working to tight time schedules
  • Reliable with good time keeping skills.
