Job Overview:As an Supervisor in Basildon, you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance, with evenings off and reduced weekend hours. Your workweek will be 39.5 hours.
Responsibilities: Your role as a Supervisor will include:
- Elevating and maintaining high customer service standards within the store.
- Ensuring company and brand standards are consistently met, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Achieving store and company key performance indicators (KPIs).
