Junior Artworker Basildon £25,000 - £30,000
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Artworker to join a thriving UK leading Importer and Wholesale Distributor based in Basildon. Great 'foot in the door’ opportunity with a company that can offer you a career for life!
Joining on a 12 month contract, with the possibility of turning permanent.
The Role:
- To work with the artwork department on artwork projects with planning and coordination
- Assist on product & packaging artworks
- Assist with Artwork for website and marketing
- Cross - checking artworks with other team members
- Assist in providing mock - up artwork for showrooms & shows
- Take a pro - active approach to researching the latest design techniques and methodology sharing creative ideas and solution with other designers and the wider organisation
- Work effectively with the team and cross - company teams, to ensure a highly proactive and solution - focussed service delivery
- Participate in staff reviews, events and development activities
- Work to tight deadlines
- Creating and adjusting cutter-guides / templates
The Candidate:
- Product Artworking experience
- Elements of packaging & product design experience would be a major advantage
- Intermediate Adobe Creative Cloud in a Mac environment. (Primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
