Post Press Finisher

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Post Press Finisher to join our dynamic production team. You will be responsible for operating various post-press machines and ensuring that all production runs are completed within set deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires someone with attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate post press machinery, including but not limited to:
  • Guillotine
  • Folder
  • Stitcher
  • Cylinder
  • Platen
• Complete production runs according to the established schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure that quality checks are consistently conducted throughout the production process.
• Work on a double day shift rotation:
  • Early Shift: 6:00 am - 1:30 pm
  • Late Shift: 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of production activities and report any malfunctions or issues with machinery.

Role Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a Post Press Operator role, with hands-on experience in at least one of the following post-press machines:
  • Guillotine
  • Folder
  • Stitcher
  • Cylinder
  • Platen
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in operating multiple post-press machines.
• Knowledge of printing industry standards and best practices.
