Salary: £140 - £220 per day

TeacherActive is excited to be working with a wonderful primary school in Basildon, Essex, who are seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to cover all primary year groups, from Reception through to Year 6. This flexible, as-needed role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and inclusive school where you can make a positive impact on students' learning.
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering lessons across all key stages, following lesson plans provided by the class teacher, and ensuring that students continue to make progress. You will work in partnership with the school’s leadership team and support staff to maintain a positive, structured, and inspiring learning environment for all pupils.
The successful Supply Teacher will have:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Previous experience teaching in primary schools (across a range of year groups is ideal)
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality lessons and fostering a positive learning atmosphere
