Job Title: HR Manager
Contract: Part-Time, Permanent, 3 days per week
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000
Location: Basildon
Are you an enthusiastic HR professional looking to make a difference? Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will allow you to shine as a key advisor while driving a positive work culture and ensuring efficient HR operations!
As the HR Manager, you'll work closely with the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership Team to deliver exceptional HR services. You'll oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and more. Your mission? Foster a workplace that aligns with our values and goals!
Duties:
- Attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Cultivate a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Implement structured reviews and support employee growth.
- Ensure adherence to laws and best practises.
- Efficiently manage HR operations and payroll processes.
- Provide insights and support to the leadership team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD Level 5 preferred.
- Significant hands-on HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
- Experience with payroll processes.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and employee engagement initiatives.
