Job Title: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting to: Recruitment Manager
A specialized recruitment consultancy serving prominent players in the automotive industry, seeks an ambitious and dynamic Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to meet the growing demands of our business. They have established preferred supplier relationships with OEMs and first-tier suppliers, driving success. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in automotive or technical recruitment. A degree or equivalent educational background, coupled with a demonstrated ability to learn and develop, is essential. Strong initiative, excellent planning skills, and motivation are crucial attributes for this role. Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Internet) is expected. Primary Responsibilities:
• Oversee all recruitment activities, including personnel search and selection, interview arrangement, completion of necessary paperwork, and tracking of candidate and vacancy progress.
• Manage both permanent and contract vacancies.
• Advise candidates on various payment methods such as umbrella, limited company, and PAYE.
• Provide information regarding recruitment regulations and legislation, such as AWR and IR35.
• Collaborate with Senior Management Team.
• Conduct rate negotiations with candidates to achieve favorable margins
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the recruitment database.
• Operate within defined KPI framework.
• Comply with Company Management Systems, actively contributing to improvements and promptly reporting any issues.

Education:
• Ideally, a degree or equivalent qualification
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience within a technical environment
• Prior experience working towards defined targets and KPIs
• Strong communication skills
• Preferably, formal recruitment training
• Proficiency in PC applications
• Possession of a valid UK driving license
Additional Information:
• Hybrid working model - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
• Permanent position - 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (with a half-hour lunch break)
• Friday - 8:00 am to 1:30 pm
