Candidates should have knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles.
Experience with database management and platforms like Microsoft SQL and MySQL is required.
A solid understanding of web services and data services, including XML, SOAP, JSON, and REST, is necessary.
The role offers a salary of £35,000 to £45,000, and applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation to help them secure a Application Support Analyst to join their team. You will be tasked with the following,

Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices.

Knowledge of reporting platforms and database management
Knowledge of database platforms (Microsoft SQL, MySQL)
Understanding of Webservices - HTML, FTP etc.
Understanding of Data services - XML, SOAP, JSON, REST etc
Ability to understand Business users needs and translate into technical solutions.
Comfortable communicating with users to draw out needs and requirements
