This company are a leading provider of property solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Desk Scheduler / Co-Ordinator to join the Operations team at their Basildon office.

As a Service Desk Scheduler / Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient scheduling and coordination of nationwide works. You will oversee a designated team of site-based technicians, ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan nationwide projects.

• Act as the primary point of contact for a team of technicians.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and technicians to facilitate job completion.

• Manage project tasks to ensure delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

• Order equipment and materials as required.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including COSHH and method statements.

• Organise pre-planned maintenance and reactive tasks.

• Maintain accurate records using Excel and client-specific scheduling systems.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience in scheduling engineers or subcontractors across multiple sites.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Computer literacy, with experience using Excel and scheduling software.

• A good knowledge of UK geography (preferred but not essential).
