The position is for a 3rd Line IT Engineer in a small, busy, and personable team.
The annual salary for this role ranges from £35,000 to £50,000.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider environment.
Key responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and conducting maintenance tasks.
Note that there will be no hybrid or remote working options available for this position.

3rd Line IT Engineer to a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £35,000 - £50,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm.

Duties:

Providing technical support to clients by phone, email and on - site visits
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Conduct regular maintenance tasks
Work as part of a team and alongside other departments to contribute to ongoing service enhancements
All other relevant tasks

Benefits:

£35,000 - £50,000 per annum
20 days holiday (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown) + Bank Holidays
Pension

Experience required:

Must have a full UK driving licence to be able to travel to client sites when needed
Managed Service Provider experience
Technical proficiency across: Windows server (including Active Directory, DNS & DHCP)
Microsoft 365
Windows 10/11
Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs & VPNs)
Experienced firewall knowledge form setup through to administering
