3rd Line IT Engineer to a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of 30,000 - 50,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm.
Duties:
- Providing technical support to clients by phone, email and on - site visits
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks
- Work as part of a team and alongside other departments to contribute to ongoing service enhancements
- All other relevant tasks
Benefits:
- 30,000 - 50,000 per annum
- 20 days holiday (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown) + Bank Holidays

Experience required:
- Must have a full UK driving licence to be able to travel to client sites when needed
- Managed Service Provider experience
- Technical proficiency across: Windows server (including Active Directory, DNS & DHCP)
- Microsoft 365
- Windows 10/11
- Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs & VPNs)
- Experienced firewall knowledge form setup through to administering
