About the Role:

A Boutique Luxrary House Builder, is seeking an experienced is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Q1 2025. Due to impending workload through the first quarter of 2025, they are likely to be looking to recruit Estimators in Kent and Essex. These positions offer competitive salaries, plus an attractive benefits package.

Purpose of the Role:

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, as well as identifying potential project risks and providing recommendations for mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed take-offs and Bills of Quantities
  • Use estimating software to produce clear and competitive estimates
  • Liaise with clients post-tender to secure project progression
  • Apply your analytical skills to ensure accuracy and transparency

Person Specification:

  • Extensive experience in an estimating role, with a proven track record of delivering accurate cost assessments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the local supply chain and up-to-date market rates.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong familiarity with Building Regulations, Health & Safety requirements, and contractual procedures.
  • A self-driven, detail-focused approach to work, consistently ensuring precision and efficiency in all tasks.
