We are on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented 3PL Order Admin and Stock Controller to join our bustling team in Basildon. This role is the backbone of our order processing operations, requiring a full-time presence to ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Meticulously receive, log, and manage stock within our sophisticated management system, ensuring accuracy and accountability at every turn.
  • Oversee the order processing lifecycle, from the initial online sale to the final dispatch, guaranteeing a smooth and customer-focused experience.
  • Utilize your organizational prowess to keep our inventory in perfect equilibrium across two strategic Basildon facilities.
  • Play a pivotal role in the personalization and decoration process, adding that special touch that sets our products apart.
  • Regularly compile and analyse production data, providing insightful reports that will shape management decisions and strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A methodical and well-organized approach to all tasks, big or small.
  • Exceptional time management skills and a history of impeccable record-keeping.
  • A quick learner with a good grasp of software processes (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • An unwavering commitment to detail, ensuring processes are followed meticulously.
  • Experience with reach truck and counterbalance fork truck operations is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license with the ability to handle large vans is beneficial.
  • Ideally located within a 30-minute commute of Basildon for optimal work-life balance.
