We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage the administrative and operational tasks within our warehouse. You’ll oversee picking, checking, loading, and unloading, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with safety standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate warehouse documentation to ensure accurate stock movements and timely deliveries.
  • Support warehouse operations, including loading/unloading as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in WMS, spreadsheets, and emails
  • Monitor all site visitors ensuring access control. (first point of contact)
  • Ensure site safety, hygiene, and visitor control.
  • Investigate and resolve workflow exceptions with the Warehouse Team Leader.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Warehouse experience, including workflow planning and operational tasks.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills (Excel, Word, WMS).
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • A "can-do" attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A team player who leads by example in safety and efficiency.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday : 7am-4pm
  • Overtimes available
