Commercial Property LawyerHybrid working model with some flexibility on working hoursOffices across Mid-Essex£60-£65K plus excellent benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a versatile and confident Commercial Property Lawyer to join a thriving and expanding Commercial Property department. This role offers a long-term career path with excellent progression opportunities and exposure to high-quality work. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision.
  • Handle acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, business lease renewals, site assembly, estate development, and property work for a range of clients, including educational institutions, pension schemes, investor clients, insolvency practitioners, and charities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
  • Play a key role in business development, attracting new clients and contributing to the firm’s growth.
  • Support the Head of Department and senior fee earners by providing guidance and coaching to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Ideally a Minimum 3 years PQE in Commercial Property law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a varied workload independently.
  • Excellent client management skills with a commercial mindset.
