- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision.
- Handle acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, business lease renewals, site assembly, estate development, and property work for a range of clients, including educational institutions, pension schemes, investor clients, insolvency practitioners, and charities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Play a key role in business development, attracting new clients and contributing to the firm’s growth.
- Support the Head of Department and senior fee earners by providing guidance and coaching to junior team members.
- Ideally a Minimum 3 years PQE in Commercial Property law.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a varied workload independently.
- Excellent client management skills with a commercial mindset.
