A commercial property solicitor is required to join our busy and well-respected client in their Basildon office and be part of the busy and well-respected commercial property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial property Solicitor / Legal Executive with 2-3 years PQE who is looking for a role where they can be offered further career development and progression. The Role

  • Dealing with all aspects of Commercial Real Estate
  • Handling and managing own caseload
  • Working with commercial sales and purchases, secured lending, development, options and conditional contracts and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters.
  • Maintaining contact with all parties involved
  • Ensuring all paperwork and records are updated

The Person

  • Must possess at least 2 years of PQE
  • Experience in handling and managing own caseloads in commercial property
  • Happy to travel to other company offices when needed
  • Ability to deliver succinct, high-quality advice with excellent client and team communication skills.
  • Excellent timekeeping and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A professional approach to work

  • A positive, friendly and helpful approach to being a team player
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
