A commercial property solicitor is required to join our busy and well-respected client in their Basildon office and be part of the busy and well-respected commercial property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial property Solicitor / Legal Executive with 2-3 years PQE who is looking for a role where they can be offered further career development and progression. The Role
- Dealing with all aspects of Commercial Real Estate
- Handling and managing own caseload
- Working with commercial sales and purchases, secured lending, development, options and conditional contracts and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters.
- Maintaining contact with all parties involved
- Ensuring all paperwork and records are updated
The Person
- Must possess at least 2 years of PQE
- Experience in handling and managing own caseloads in commercial property
- Happy to travel to other company offices when needed
- Ability to deliver succinct, high-quality advice with excellent client and team communication skills.
- Excellent timekeeping and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A professional approach to work

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet tight deadlines
