Legal - Secretarial Support - Commercial Hub, Basildon

Palmers Solicitors is a Legal 500 law firm, with five offices located across Essex.

We have an excellent opportunity to join our busy Commercial Litigation department.

If you have previously worked as a secretary within this area, another area of law or if you have recently successfully completed your legal secretarial course, we would like to hear from you!

You will be responsible for supporting the Director based at Commercial Hub, Basildon office. The role will include secretarial support, undertaking administrative tasks as well as transcription work, taking client calls, managing diaries, and assisting with file management.

For the right candidate, there may be career advancement opportunities undertaking work at paralegal level.

As well as a willingness and aptitude to learn, candidates must possess a can-do approach to their work, excellent and accurate typing skills together with strong organisational abilities. Professional communication skills are also essential.
