Field Service Engineer Wanted - Join a Growing Laser Technology Company!
Salary: £30k - £35k + Performance Bonus (Last year’s bonus: £5k)
Are you ready for an exciting career in a leading laser company? We're looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to service and repair laser systems across the UK. If you're passionate about engineering and enjoy travelling, this could be the perfect role for you!
The Role:
- Location: Based in Basildon, Essex, with travel across the UK.
- Service and repair state-of-the-art laser machines.
- Training provided both in-house and externally (including qualifications such as BOHS P601 an advantage).
- Occasional overnight stays for longer-distance jobs, with typical work up to 2 hours from the base.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in fault-finding electrical and mechanical systems.
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- BOHS P601 Local Exhaust Ventilation certification (desirable but training can be provided).
- Full UK driving licence required.
