Are you an experienced Mortgage professional looking for a new opportunity on either an employed or self-employed basis?
We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our client's successful team in the Basildon area on either an employed or self-employed basis. This position offered strong earning potential, as well as, full admin and management support.Â
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
- Basic Salary - £25,000 -  £30,000
- OTE - £50,000 - £60,000
- 20% commission
- Self Employed Option offering 50% on written Mortgage Business
- Full admin support
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- CeMap or Equivalent qualifications
- Experience in a mortgage adviser position
- Ideally CAS Status
- Able to build and forge strong relationships.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical and able to research.
- Provide exceptional client service.
- Strong negotiation and influencing.
- Organised and effective time management.
Mortgage Advisor duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Writing Mortgage Business
- Provide the highest level of customer care at all times
- Convert booked appointments into business
- Contact customers for missed opportunities
- Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact
- Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times
- Achieve sales targets each month
