What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing a busy depot - overseeing fleet operations, staff, and customer service. Developing business - identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.Leading the team - recruiting, training, and ensuring health & safety compliance.Overseeing fleet & workshop management - ensuring all vehicles are maintained, compliant, and ready to roll.Optimizing processes - streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
A self-starter with a results-driven mindset.Strong experience in commercial vehicle rentals with a mix of sales & operations expertise.A confident communicator who can engage with customers and colleagues at all levels.Someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
