Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Junior Key Account Operations Coordinator for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Basildon, Essex area.
Daily duties include:-
- Understand and execute the departments vision of good business development in order to successfully delivery seafreight operations
- Accurately enter the job information onto system
- Verify all documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers to schedule collections
- Ensure all Cargo is received in good order
- Monitor al discrepancies
- Customer Services (internal and external)
- Keep all records up to date
- Update purchase orders
- Liaise with other departments
Hours are Monday - Friday 0830 - 1730
