A client of ours in the Basildon area are recruiting a Junior Logistics Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and paying 16,770 - 22,308 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with internal and external customer enquiries.
- Sort, scan, attach shipment details to the system.
- Source PODs (Proof of Deliveries) from suppliers websites.
- Request PODs on request.
- Meeting the individual needs of clients in regards for their demands on PODs.
- Ensure that all company filing is in order and filed correctly.
- Label filing accordingly and maintain relevant spreadsheet to ensure staff are able to locate documents when required.
- Palletise filing and ensure it is stored correctly within the warehouse.
- Raising invoices when required.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Junior Logistics Administrator position:
- 1+ year experience within an office, admin and secretarial environment.
- Excellent attention to detail
- 5 full years education/employment history with no gaps essential.
- Proficient with Microsoft packages including Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills
