Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sea/ocean freight shipments, including documentation and compliance.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport carriers.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle operational issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in sea/ocean freight operations.
- Strong understanding of freight documentation and customs requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
