Job Title: Team Leader
Location:Â Basildon, Essex
Working Hours:Â Monday - Friday, Full-Time
About the Company:Â Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain company, committed to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions. They are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Basildon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse software and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
