From their production and distribution site in Basildon, Essex they are working with big-name clients both in the UK and overseas, and are continuing their global expansion.
A competitive salary is on offer for this role of circa £90,000 (with some flex for the perfect person!) plus monthly car allowance, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and contributory pension.
In this role you will oversee business functions that include production, supply chain, design engineering, and also sit as part of the executive team.
It's important that you do come from a technical background, so you can really understand the design and engineering principles of the product and how it's made.
You should be adept at bringing together cohesive teams, with a track record of working in a global organisation to drive productivity, innovation and efficiency.
