Are you an experienced Operations Support Executive with a technical, ideally Engineering, background and a strong understanding of Health & Safety processes? Our client, a leading engineering firm, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join their team.
This is a new role due to ongoing expansion and growth of the already successful established business. It will report directly into the Managing Director and is therefore a pivotal role within the business and has huge opportunity for personal growth as it will expose you to numerous areas within the business including Finance, Health and Safety, ISO certifications, business process and ERP systems etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Implement and oversee Health & Safety processes in line with regulations.
- Work closely with technical teams to optimize workflows.
- Assist in process improvements and operational strategy.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
- Utilize and manage an **ERP system** to support operations.
Requirements:
- Technical background (engineering or similar).
- Experience with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Previous experience working with an **ERP system**.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
