Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a thriving business? We are a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality schools, colleges, hotels, hospitals, and commercial fit-out/refurb projects across the region, with values ranging from £3m - £15m.
The Role:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of delivery.
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain program and budget control.
- Develop and manage project programs using Asta Powerproject.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Drive project success while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects within the education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in Asta Powerproject for programming and scheduling, although training will be given.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive and driven individual who wants to develop and grow within the business.
