They are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager with retail experience to oversee fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
The position offers a salary of £260 per day and requires a commitment of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm for a duration of 8 weeks or more.
Candidates must possess a relevant black CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and additional safety certifications such as Asbestos, Fire Marshall, and First Aid.
Proof of the right to work in the UK is also required for this role.

Our client provide design, construction and project management services across a variety of sectors; from housing and retail, to commercial and research, and are one of the largest Passivhaus housebuilders in the UK.

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager with retail experience to join theteam and lead the successful execution of fit-out projects. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

CIS subject to SDC assessment
