Job Title: Waste Operative
Location: Laindon
Remuneration: Hourly rate of 11.44
Contract Details: Temp To Perm, Full Time, Monday - Friday 6am-2pm (flexibility may be required)
Responsibilities:
Collect and dispose of waste materials according to established guidelines and standards
Operate equipment such as waste compactors
Sort and segregate different types of waste for recycling purposes
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of waste collection areas
Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
Keep accurate records of waste collected and disposed of

As a Waste Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient collection and disposal of waste materials. You will be responsible for operating equipment such as waste compactors and forklifts, as well as sorting and segregating different types of waste for recycling purposes.
