A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Multiskilled Engineer with HVAC bias to join their growing team, covering a portfolio of retail sites across the Essex and Kent.
The Role
As the HVAC Mobile Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
- Covering a portfolio of retail sites across the Essex and Kent.
- Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical building services equipment.
- General maintenance duties as and when required – pumps, hot water pipes, FCU’s and AHU’s.
- This role is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (flexible working hours are available.)
- No call out required.
- Overtime is available.
- Electrci vehicle and charger installation will be supplied (personal use is available.)
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- The ideal candidate will hold their F-Gas or AC and Refrigeration or commercial gas tickets.
- Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
