WE Talent is currently supporting an exciting business in Basildon with their search for Office Administrator to join their experienced team.

This position is working at the companies premises, and provides training and ongoing career support.

Our client is looking for someone that has a drive to support their customers and strive for customer service excellence.

This role will be representing the company brand and we therefore are looking for candidates with professionalism who can align with their company values.

This role is full time, permanent, Full-time Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00-16:00 5 days working in the office.

Duties include:

  • Support the team with administrative tasks including data entry, putting site packs together, checking and printing documentation and any ad-hoc tasks
  • Liaise with Contract Managers to schedule labourers on the simPRO data system
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional phone manner and assisting clients with their inquiries as necessary • Assist in maintaining organised office files, documentation and stationery
  • Support the accounting team with purchase orders and invoice checking
  • Book accommodation for labourers and any necessary travel arrangements
  • Collate RAMS and O&M documents for each project as and when required
  • Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required to fulfil the aims and objectives of the business

Experience needed:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork
