Our client based in Basildon is looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of co-ordinating FM engineers' workloads, a great work ethic and confident communication and people skills.

The main focus of this role will be to provide a first class FM service to customers, dealing with planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown calls. After logging the job onto the system, you will assist in the co-ordination of the engineer's workloads, provide quotes and keep clients informed of the progress. Other aspects of this role will include ordering spare parts and carrying out all related administration.

You will need:-

  • Previous experience in a Facilities Maintenance Service Co-ordinator role would be preferred
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a challenging role and environment is essential
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and a confident, out-going personality and telephone manner

The hours for this role are 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
