Are you an experienced Payroll Professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Administrator to manage both monthly and weekly payroll operations for our growing team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll for 300+ employees and weekly payroll for 250+ employees.
  • Manage all aspects of statutory payments and deductions.
  • Handle new starters, leavers, and P45 issuance.
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
  • Submit RTI information via FPS and liaise with HMRC on queries.
  • Resolve payroll-related queries efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with Miracle Pay payroll system (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong attention to confidentiality and professionalism.
