Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll from start to finish.
- Manage all aspects of statutory payments and deductions.
- Handle new starters, leavers, and P45 issuance.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
- Resolve payroll-related queries efficiently.
- Support the migration of new business onto the payroll system.
- Perform general payroll administration and assist the Finance team as needed.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed on payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong payroll processing experience.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to resolve queries effectively.
