Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll from start to finish.
  • Manage all aspects of statutory payments and deductions.
  • Handle new starters, leavers, and P45 issuance.
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
  • Resolve payroll-related queries efficiently.
  • Support the migration of new business onto the payroll system.
  • Perform general payroll administration and assist the Finance team as needed.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed on payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong payroll processing experience.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to resolve queries effectively.
