A flourishing primary school in Basildon are seeking a dedicated Mornings Only LSA to join them in ASAP on a long-term contract, until atleast July 2025. The Head Teacher is keen to offer the suitable candidate a permanent contract from August.
This creative and inclusive primary school are looking for a confident, ambitious and outgoing Mornings Only LSA to provide support to a young student with ASD. They are a lovely student with good behaviour, but they need support in their learning.
You will be working alongside a motivated team of specialist teachers, various therapists, and inclusion staff as an autism support assistant. You will help to manage the classroom environment, create exciting activities and delivering tailored programmes to pupils using the extensive resources available at the school.
The ideal candidate for this role would be a graduate searching for the perfect role to start their career in education, or an individual passionate about ASD who is looking to work alongside skilled and experienced professionals.
About the Mornings LSA:
- Provide support to a young students in KS2 with ASD, supporting them on their learning journey
- Use your creativity and imagination to excite the pupils.
