We are seeking a Project/Contracts Manager for a building contractor based in Essex, working across the south-east.
The projects will range from £50k to £1m, including fit-out, refurbishment, and new builds.
This primarily office-based role includes site visits as needed and involves client interaction, estimating, and project delivery.
Candidates should have experience with reputable building contractors and a background in managing multiple projects.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a salary of £50,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.

We are currently looking to recruit a Project/contracts manager to work for an Essex based building contractor with work throughout the south-east.

Projects typically rangefrom 50k to 1m in value and can be a combination of fit-out ,refurbishment and new build.

Primarily office based, with visits to site as and when needed, the role is client facing andinvolvesestimating and pricing work through to site set up and delivery .

Candidate will have worked for reputable building contractors and ideally have experience of running multiple projects .
