Project Manager - Technical Office

Salary: 55-60k

Job Overview:

An Automation client of SQ Partners who are based in Essex is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic Technical Office. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, commercial understanding, and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at working collaboratively with a diverse team of specialists and managing projects through their entire lifecycle, from initiation to completion. This position offers a variety of exciting challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Pharmaceutical Industry Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and validation principles is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee projects of varying sizes, from large production lines to smaller units, ensuring that all phases align with project goals.
  • Quality, Cost, and Delivery Management: Strive to meet project objectives by adhering to quality standards, managing costs, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues to ensure successful project completion.
  • Scope and Commercial Management: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the project scope and manage the commercial impact of any changes.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and accurate information transfer.
  • Customer and Supplier Communication: Interface with clients and suppliers on technical matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
